The Kelly Miller Smith Center Against Abusive Behavior (KMSCAAB) is a program to 1) stop or reduce abusive and violent behavior, 2) assist clients in helping them to cope with their anger, stress, frustration and anxiety in positive ways, and 3) help persons redirect negative and deviant behaviors into legitimate modes of expressions.
