The ArcGNO programs accept and celebrate people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Arc of Greater New Orleans (ArcGNO) is a 67-year-old non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the independence and well-being of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities such as Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and autism. Our staff currently supports over 700 children and adults throughout Jefferson, Orleans, St. Bernard, Plaquemines, and St. Tammany parishes. Our mission is to secure for all people with intellectual disabilities opportunities to develop, function, and live to their fullest potential.
