To provide access to free world class health care programs to the people of Hawai'i, includingbut not limited to; spiritual health, physical health, prenatal health, pregnancy health, postnatalhealth, mental health, vision health, dental health, auditory health, dietary health, palliative care,and hospice care.2. To provide relief to impoverished or homeless people of Hawai'i through free and low costhousing.3. To provide a free and renewable energy source for the people of Hawai'i.4. To provide a free, clean, and renewable water source for the people of Hawai'i.5. To provide access to free world class education to the people of Hawai'i using ancient, modern,emerging, and future technologies or techniques.6. To provide free access to a worldwide communication network, including Internet service, VoiPservice, and video phone service to the people of Hawai'i.7. To facilitate the economic stability of the people of Hawai'i through the creation and applicationof sustainable Indigenous Industries & Technologies.8. To fulfill these objectives by the end of the 2040 calendar year.
