Mission Concerned Taxpayers Accountability Center CTAC believes in a simple concept Individuals and businesses work hard to earn every dollar and what they voluntarily agree to invest in the their community through taxes should deliver value back to the community. How is that Value Recognized. Our lives and properties should be protected by law enforcement and a legal system that enables personal liberty to flourish. There should be a healthy balance between allowing property owners to develop and build with the need to protect the environment responsibly.
