Guiding dogs to their FUREVER home! 501(c)(3) Registered Charitable Organization North Star Rescue’s mission is to save dogs that are at risk of euthanasia, are unwanted, homeless, or uncared for. We provide a temporary or even permanent home for these dogs where they are cared for properly. The goal is to guide every dog to their forever home. We strive to achieve this goal by ensuring that we properly prepare the dogs both physically and mentally as well as making sure that the dog(s) is the right fit for the adopter. We also go through an extensive screening process with potential adopters to ensure that the dog(s) will be going to a healthy environment where they will be taken care of and loved.
