Member Login About Us Idaho Rural Water Association IRWA is a 501c3 nonprofit corporation providing training and technical assistance to drinking water and wastewater utility systems in Idaho with populations under 10000. IRWA is currently comprised of over 393direct member systems in Idaho. These members elect a sevenmember Board of Directors that volunteer their time to govern the Association. IRWA is here to ensure Idahos rural communities are safe while still maintaining the high quality of life we hold so dear.
