Shine A Light's I.P.A.T.H. Program-Instant Placement with Access to Treatment and Housing Shine a Light is a community organization dedicated to building relationships with the Las Vegas homeless comunity to help establish relationships that foster trust. Our goal is to provide outreach services and housing referrals to the marginalized and often forgot homeless populations that live in the flood channels and other locations traditionally overlooked by the community. Our primary purpose is to provide instant placement with access to treatment and housing with no wait once an individual has decided to try a new way of life.
