OUR VISION Our vision is to create a transformative tech program that empowers Black women by providing not only the technical skills to succeed in the tech industry but also the confidence to rise above trauma. By integrating real stories of triumph and offering holistic support systems this program inspires lasting empowerment and equips participants to excel professionally while embracing their personal journeys of resilience and recovery.
