BVSCAA | Bear Valley Springs Cultural Arts Association Welcome to the Bear Valley Springs Cultural Arts Association As a dedicated nonprofit organization we are committed to enriching the artistic spirit of our community through a variety of engaging activities and events. Our fundraising initiatives play a vital role in providing scholarships for young artists and musicians empowering the next generation of creative talent. We proudly bring the arts to Bear Valley Springs and its neighboring areas hosting events that showcase the incredible talents within our community. In addition we actively support local cultural organizations including Beekay Theater and the Tehachapi Symphony Orchestra along with student scholarships and more.
