We recruit, screen, match and support the Big/Little (mentor/mentee) relationship. Our village of support surrounds Littles, Bigs, and parents with resources and opportunities that ignite potential and results in life-changing outcomes through post-secondary readiness, social-emotional learning, and a stronger sense of belonging and inclusion.
