Second Day Impact Inc
Second Day builds on the promise of higher education to support the dreams of students from low-income backgrounds to unlock social mobility and to support their home communities. Far too often, those with the ‘right’ network and an understanding of the unspoken etiquette of the job search process are the ones who end up ahead. Second Day is changing these norms with paid internships at nonprofits, extensive mentorship, and training on how to navigate the job search process. We support students on a pth to leadership to get their first break into social impact post-graduation via full-time jobs or fellowships. Second Day is transforming talent pipelines into the social sector, taking on the racial leadership gap, and building a sector with our most effective leaders at the helm.
