Block Island Arts Council Empowering The Block Island Arts Community The BIAC is a notforprofit organization 5013 focused on creating a multidiscipline art community for Block Island that will foster yearround cultural and economic opportunities for residents and the attraction of guests through collaborative educational and arts forums for people of all ages. We believe that everyone is an artist that everyone is a maker. We hope that in getting to know our members and appreciating their work you will be encouraged in your own creative path. This site is a hub that connects you with Block Islands creative community showcasing our island artists and makers.
