Hope for Women in Prison The Ministry of Hope is a communityfunded chaplaincy program which raises funds to employ onsite chaplains at Western formerly Swannanoa Correctional Center for Women WCCW in Swannanoa NC. Our chaplains conduct religious services in the centers chapel and provide pastoral care and spiritual guidance to the inmates.
