The Cultural and Educational Advanceement Foundation Incorporated "CEAF," as it is commonly referred exists for the sole purposeofimproving the human condition through implementation and support of various community progeams. These programs generate funds for scholarships provide cultural enrichment and.or financial support to the community irrespective of race religion or natural origin. CEAF was organized for charitable purposes as determed by the Internal Revenue Service under exempt organizations as a 501c3. CEAF accomplishes its mission through support of corporations individiuals and groups who share the Foundation;s interests and commitment to the community.
