A nonprofit supporting Veterans through writing, mindfulness, and commraderie. Offering in-person retreats and online classes. Founder and CEO @Lisa_Jakub We support military Veterans who are living with post-traumatic stress by providing immersive mindfulness retreats. We use the core practices of yoga, meditation, and writing to create a sense of camaraderie, which improves mental wellness and reduces the likelihood of suicide.
