We are based in Ocean Beach, California and we are 100% Volunteer and donation-based. All of our dogs are in loving foster homes. Many of our dogs are rescued off the streets of Baja California, Mexico. Our focus is rescue, care, fostering, adoption, education, and community outreach. All with the goal of uniting the right animal with the right person and family.
