Krewe of Pyros Foundation, Inc.
The purpose of the Krewe of Pyros is to organize and promote cultural awareness and community service and present entertainment through Annual Mardi Gras festivities for natives and friends of Louisiana residing in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area and the greater community. Our primary goal is to raise scholarship funds for qualified students attending college in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia and Louisiana. These characteristics symbolize the organization’s community outreach initiatives aligned with the motto: “Illuminating the Path to Empowerment."
