Cornerstone Collaborative An Innovative SocioEconomic Community Ecosystem Eliminating Poverty Violence through Networked Community Development FloridaMassachusettsJamaicaNevadaNew JerseyTexas Innovation Through our strategic positioning as a thought incubator we explore solutions create service delivery models and convene willing stakeholders to address the community needs of those historically underserved. Facilitation We help those in lowincome communities navigate and overcome barriers to establish and sustain education training employment engage in their health and wellness and achieve opportunities for creative and artistic expression. Financial Support We create pathways for individuals to increase their income and assets which are necessary to move out of poverty lower incidents of domestic and community violence lower recidivism and strengthen communities. Referrals We address the need for access to education training housing legal support health and wealth creation for disengaged and disenfranchised people.
