The charitable purposes for which this corporation is organized are to Prevent cruelty to children & animals; Provide relief to the poor, distressed, and underprivileged; and Promote social welfare. These goals shall be accomplished through extensive research, development, and implementation of prevention and intervention programs that end the cycles of cruelty and poverty for all people and pet life stages while combatting community deterioration & juvenile delinquency. This includes providing youth development programs; mental health counseling; job skills development programs; and crisis pet foster homes, pet adoptions, & pet care services to prevent relinquishment.
