We haven't and we won't stop shining a light on injustice and advocating in every arena we can for reform needed for our officers and communities. - Reform is far from over. - Community/police relations have a long way to go. - Equitable and diverse departments are yet to be achieved. - Transparent reporting and policies to prevent officers like Chauvin from "muni-hopping" to different departments aren't widely in place.
