CompassRN is a Houston based nurseled 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to guiding teens and young adults from underserved underrepresented communities into nursing. Through school information sessions summer camps and yearround learning we spark interest into the field by increasing student access and awareness. Partnering with healthcare organizations schools and nursing professionals CompassRN inspires and mentors the next generation of diverse nurse leaders to pursue purposeful careers.
