Amy Bradley, COO/CNO of St. Luke’s Magic Valley, was recently inducted into the College of Southern Idaho’s Alumni Hall of Fame. A celebration was held by the CSI Alumni Association to honor the Hall of Fame 2025 inductees, and quite a few of Bradley’s team at St. Luke’s showed up to show their support! Bradley graduated from CSI’s registered nursing program in 2001. She has held a number of nursing leadership positions at St. Luke’s Magic Valley, including director of nursing and patient care. She was promoted to the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Nursing Officer role in December 2024. Congratulations Amy! (fb)

Caring Heart Awards spotlight: Mary Hainline is the paralegal manager within the St. Luke’s Legal Department, with 13 years of service. She is a pillar for legal and risk management and a constant support for the labor and employment practice group. In 2024, Hainline was honored with the Excellence in Service award, part of St. Luke’s Caring Heart Awards program. This award recognizes shared service and support team members who demonstrate our values and behaviors, and are a trusted partner to peers, customers and employees. Along with her other work and leadership duties, Hainline oversees the immigration sponsorship program, successfully navigating the complex process to sponsor 30 employees from around the world for temporary and permanent visas. She also oversees all paralegals within the Legal Department, formalizing duties and enabling them to better support attorneys. Her dedication to her role and compassionate approach make her an invaluable asset to the team. “Mary is the epitome of an employee who takes ICARE values to heart … (she) takes her work very seriously and constantly thinks about the larger picture and the importance of our practice group’s work as it relates to patient care,” said a colleague.
