THE PURPOSE IS TO SUPPORT ALL FAIRBANKS NORTH STAR BOROUGH PUBLIC LIBRARIES, TO ENHANCE THEIR OPERATIONS, TO ENCOURAGE AND SUPPORT EXPANSION OF LIBRARY BUILDINGS, FACILITIES, AND EQUIPMENT, AND TO CREATE, MANAGE, AND BUILD AN INVESTMENT FUND FOR THESE ENDEAVORS.
