Hearing Loss Association | Lane County Chapter Hearing Loss Association Lane County Chapter Support and Resources for People with Hearing Loss Main menu Welcome Who We Are HLA Lane County Oregon HLALC is a memberdriven organization that provides information education support and advocacy for people with hearing loss their families and friends. Everyone is welcome to come check out our General Meeting at the Hilyard Community Center 2580 Hilyard St in Eugene. We meet on the 2nd Thursday each quarter in March June September and December from 79p.
