NASWC The Doreen L. Scholtes Scholarship Award is available to high school students graduating from a public private or home school as well as students already enrolled in higher education. Funds are to be used to help with college university technical or trade school expenses. Students are a valuable part of the community and should be encouraged to value public participation in their neighborhoods and communities through volunteer service.
