Individual Coaching Students work with a career coach who in partnership with the student and their family build an Individual Development Plan that includes exposure to career pathspecific experiences and introductions to organizations. Unique Experiences Arches isn39t just individual coaching. The Arches Experience is a series of events that include behindthescenes looks with businesses governments and nonprofits to increase the student39s understanding of how these organizations work and what career opportunities exist within them.
