We are a nonprofit. We practice meditation, and study Buddhist teachings from diverse Buddhist traditions, to cultivate compassion and wisdom for all. We are a nonprofit led by a group of lay practitioners who meet regularly to support each other in our meditation practice and to study Buddhist teachings from diverse traditions. We welcome anyone – beginners and seasoned practitioners alike – who is interested in meditation or in learning more about Buddhism to join us.
