They’ve allowed this unchecked growth to turn the Tijuana River Valley from healthy, recreational land into a toxic dumping ground. Today, sewage flows freely into the U.S.—and this is STILL the plan? The current USMCA policy/ SB507 assessment fail the EPA’s own stress test and don’t come close to the 100% solution they claim to be pushing. In 2019, the Arcadis Plan was solving this.
