Our Joshua Tree retreat was absolute perfection! ☀️ We had the most amazing group of humans! ❤️ @gaiavillajoshuatree was the most gorgeous home ever! 🏠 Our personal chef @ethicalcornucopia prepared the most delicious gluten free, vegan food! 🥑 The retreat schedule flowed effortlessly, with a beautiful balance of movement, meditation, sound baths, free time, pool time, mixed with other activities. 🌵☀️🌊 We stretched ourselves in new ways with sunrise hikes in the National Park, 40 minutes of advanced breath work, followed by cold plunges. Everything was optional and there were plenty of opportunities for growth and reflection. ✨ Allison and I haven’t led a retreat since 2012! 🤯 This experience reminded us of how nourishing it is to gather a small group of wonderful people, release our roles and obligations from the outside world, and dip into a slower frequency and more subtle states of consciousness. We are already planning our next retreat, while savoring the experience and effects of this transformative experience.
