Originally chartered in 1949 as the Medical Foundation of North Carolina, Inc., UNC Health Foundation fosters private gift support of programs throughout the UNC School of Medicine and UNC Hospitals. At UNC Health Foundation, we work diligently for the medical professionals and health care providers who improve health for all. We power philanthropy to support the highest quality clinical care, life-changing research and innovative education at home and around the world.
