Tri-Counties Regional Center provides supports and services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Tri-Counties Regional Center provides support for individuals with developmental disabilities living in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties so that they may live fully and safely as active and independent members of our community TCRC PROVIDES PERSON AND FAMILY CENTERED PLANNING, SERVICES AND SUPPORTS FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES TO MAXIMIZE OPPORTUNITIES AND CHOICES FOR PEOPLE LIVING, WORKING, LEARNING, AND RECREATING IN THE COMMUNITY.
