Pierce CountySearch and Rescue Council We are an association of certified search and rescue units within Pierce County formed to promote the exchange of information between persons who are knowledgeable in Search and Rescue. Our mission is to facilitate cooperation with any other organizations or agencies which have search and rescue and disaster operation responsibilities and to advocate for continued education. We are a 501c3 Nonprofit registered with the State of Washington as a Charitable Organization and a Nonprofit Corporation.
