Our History A spirit born in Nacogdoches Texas circa 1995 our cookoff team got its start in 2001 during the dogdays of summer in Schulenburg Texas. Mainly a beer drinking team back in those days we did manage to burn plenty of briskets and shotgun plenty of beers during Schulenburg festival the first weekend of August each year.
