Fostering convergence in a divergent world For over 40 years the San Diego Diplomacy Council has connected world leaders with San Diego counterparts to build trust dialogue collaboration and innovation across all sectors changing lives and the world for the better. Connecting International Leaders and Experts We create professional exchange opportunities to connect international leaders and experts with their local counterparts for an exchange of ideas and best practices and to build stronger ties across borders. Developing Future Leaders We offer youth programs that teach young people about current global issues and spark their interest in international affairs and diplomacy while increasing their cultural understanding. Engaging the San Diego Community in International Affairs We coordinate educational tours and special events that give local San Diegans the opportunity to connect with scholars and diplomats explore topics of international importance and learn more bout foreign affairs and cultures.
