The general purposes for which this Corporation Organization are as follows: The Corporation Organization is established within the meaning of IRS Publication 557 Section 501c 3 Organization of the Internal Revenue Code of 1968 as amended the Code or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. The Corporation Organization shall be operated exclusively for to foster young talent in the civics by: 1 Providing opportunities for teens and young adults to create produce and direct theatrical productions for the community. 2 Providing opportunities for young performers to audition and perform in age-appropriate productions. 3 Providing opportunities for teens and young adults to serve as directors and crew for community productions. 4 Providing opportunities for teens and young adults to express their creativity preparing costumes and sets for productions. Community engagement: 1 To produce cost-effective productions open to the public.
