Shepherd Public Library is historically underfunded and the purpose of FOSL is to conduct fundraising provide library volunteers and promote awareness of the needs of the Shepherd Public Library Our mission About Friends Of Shepherd Library About Friends Of Shepherd Library Our longterm goal is to provide adequate funding to supplement the funding provided by the City of Shepherd which will allow the library to grow and continue to offer libraryrelated services to the community.
