CASA of NorthCentral Nebraska provides trained, court appointed volunteers to advocate for abused and neglected children in foster care in north central Nebraska. Our mission is to provide trained, court-appointed volunteers to be a voice in court for all abused and neglected children living in North Central Nebraska. We believe that every child should know that they matter in life, that they are loved, and that their needs will be well taken care of by someone who will provide them with a safe and permanent home.

After a few years serving Holt County, our program is expanding to include Madison County. We are in the process of rebranding to our new name and logo - CASA of Elkhorn Valley. We are hiring a Program Director and an Executive Director to manage the offices in O'Neill and Norfolk.
