THE LARAMIE PLAINS MUSEUM IS A HISTORIC HOUSE MUSEUM COMPLEX OF THE CITY OF LARAMIE, WYOMING AND SURROUNDING AREA, WHOSE MISSION IS TO PRESERVVE, RESTORE, AUGMENT AND EXHIBIT ITS HISTORIC BUILDINGS, GROUNDS AND THE HISTORIC COLLECTIONS CONTAINED THEREIN, THEREBY INCREASING PUBLIC APPRECIATION AND EDUCATION ABOUT THE NATURE OF THE HUMAN HERITAGE OF THE AREA THROUGH TOURS, EXHIBITIONS, PUBLICATIONS AND SPECIAL EVENTS.

Laramie Plains Museum Laramie Plains Museum at the Historic Ivinson Mansion This museum set in a late 19th century historic mansion offers extraordinary collections of opulent Victorian fixtures and furnishings beautiful historic textiles and clothing memorabilia from early Laramie and ranch history and a one room school house. We Are Closed for the Season Tours will resume on March 4th 2025. See you then. Tours run 100 pm to 400pm Tuesday through Saturdays March to December.
