Our program works collaboratively with other area providers to implement a diverse number of programs The mission of Health & Wealth Foundation Inc. is to Cultivate and encourage positive interpersonal relationships among our community’s youth. Our focus is to identify underprivileged populations and families who need specialized services. The need for educational support services, health and wellness education in underserved communities is a need our organization focuses. Young scholars in these areas struggle with societal detriments such as academics achievement, attendance rates, and nutritional needs. Our programs cater to the needs of underprivileged and at-risk children in lower-income communities. Health & Wealth Foundation Inc. programs provides direct services to meet the needs of our service area through effective community outreach, education, outreach, and awareness.
