(TLC) is a Christ-centered, nonprofit organization serving the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia areas and Columbus, Ohio. TLC is one of the few organizations that have taken the lead to empower, educate, and equip emerging female leaders ages 24-37. TLC embodies the following mission: We provide leadership training, mentorship, and coaching to next-generation female leaders, helping them improve their competency, confidence, and emotional intelligence through accountability, community engagement, and biblical instruction.
