Wahiawa Historical Society Brief History of Wahiawa War Comes to Wahiawa Society Sponsored Events Officers Directors Membership Information Welcome to the Wahiawa Historical Society website. The Wahiawa Historical Society is a communitybased nonprofit organization whose object is the collection of historical materials the preservation of all that has been entrusted to our care and the dissemination of knowledge about the history and heritage of the Wahiawa District. The town of Wahiawa is located on the Leilehua Plain between the Waianae and Koolau mountain ranges where the Kaukonahua Stream splits into its north and south forks. Wahiawa is the site of Kukaniloko the birthing stones where Hawaiian royalty was traditionally born.
