Lincoln County MO The Troy Dream Center is a faith based residential program designed to support men who are overcoming life-controlling issues and recovering from drug and alcohol addictions depression and abuse. Food housing education and counseling are provided free of charge to the residents. Our Mission To connect hurting people to a community of support for them to find their identity in Christ through help, hope and healing.
