We are Flagler County’s recovery community organization. We provide Outreach, Peer Services, Educatio FLAGLER OPEN ARMS RECOVERY SERVICES (OARS) PROVIDES EDUCATION, SUPPORT AND PEER SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IMPACTED BY SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER.
