Florida Gastroenterologic Society
The Florida Gastroenterologic Society, founded in 1965 by Dr. James L. Borland, supports, educates, and advocates for gastroenterologists across the state. The FGS strives to provide its members with national-quality education without the need to travel out of the State. We advocate for our members on legislature that affects their ability to practice medicine and ensure the best care for their patients. REGISTRATION FEES, GRANTS, EXHIBITOR FEES, AND MEMBERSHIP DUES RECEIVED IN CONNECTION WITH CONFERENCES AND MEETINGS TO PROMOTE FURTHER KNOWLEDGE AND TEACHING IN GASTRO ENDOSCOPIC METHODS AND TREATMENTS.
