Fighting For Fairness According to Professor Richard Sanders quantitative analysis the vast majority of American law students come from relatively elite backgrounds. At the most prestigious law schools only 5 of all students come from families whose socioeconomic status is in the national distributions bottom half. While awarding financial aid law schools award lowincome students half as much money in scholarships and grants as their highincome counterparts. JUSTICE THROUGH EDUCATION Fighting For Fairness empowers lowincome law school applicants to overcome financial barriers and succeed in the admissions process by providing scholarships mentorship and resources.
