Philippine Empowerment for the Poor
The Philippine Empowerment for the Poor is dedicated to enriching the lives of the poor by providing livelihood assistance through small loans. This is to instill responsibility for the poor to strive and to contribute to the growth of their community. Loans are administered by selected partner NGOs in different parts of the Philippines to have full monitoring and management without having to duplicate the process. During the Christmas Holidays, it promotes the Spirit of Giving to as many as possible donors in the USA to adopt their specific communities by providing Noche Buena Food Baskets to allow extremely poor families to have traditional Christmas midnight meals.
