APSEA is a California statewide nonprofit and nonpolitical organization tax exempt under the provisions of the Internal Revenue Section 501 c 4. We provide numerous services to our members and contributes to the betterment of the AsianPacific Islander API community. Our members are comprised primarily of California state government employees though anyone who supports our goals regardless of ethnicity or employment status is encouraged to join APSEA.
