Tooele Downtown Alliance The Tooele Downtown Alliance is dedicated to revitalizing and promoting Tooeles Downtown and Broadway districts. Our mission is to create a vibrant downtown destination where residents tourists and visitors can shop dine engage in recreational activities and savor the overall experience. More about the Tooele Downtown Alliance DTA We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization comprised of dedicated business owners building proprietors and community members from both the Downtown and Broadway districts of Tooele City. Our mission is to enrich our citys historical foundation and celebrate its vibrant cultural diversity.
