Wildland Residents Association Working to make our mountain community safer since 1982 Prevention Planning Preparation CERT Training 2025 The City of Santa Barbara Fire Departments public outreach program offers comprehensive fire and life safety education to the community to reduce the loss of life and property. It includes activities that are designed to provide a variety of safety programs appropriate for all ages. Some of the programs that we offer are bilingual and are listed below.
