Ibi Semper Training, Inc is a 501c3 registered NY charitable Non-Profit. We match shelter dogs to Veterans & 1st Responders with PTSD to train their dogs as Service Dog teams at no charge. No Military Service or dog breed limit. Engaging Veterans and First Responders with PTSD, improve lives and help dogs in need through PTSD Service Dog training and promoting awareness of PTSD and Service Dog rights.
